Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Fremont, Nebraska (City) is seeking a qualified Consultant to submit proposals to develop a comprehensive strategic plan to establish a Certified Creative District under the Creative District Program administered by the Nebraska Arts Council. The selected Consultant will have demonstrated experience in areas including, but not limited to, strategic planning, implementation strategies, zoning and subdivision policies and regulations and community visioning and public outreach techniques. Experience with Creative Districts, arts advocacy and/or arts organizations preferred. The Consultant will prepare and provide documents and associated services for the strategic plan in accordance with the requirements described within this request for proposal and accompanying documentation.
