Central area for training f. Vinyl flooring g. See attached for example. h. 2x6 walls with R‐25 i. Roof insulation of R‐38 j. Floor Insulation of R‐25 B. Set up, connect, level, block, insulate and skirt modular structure. C. Provide one (1) stub out for a 4” septic drain line. D. Provide one (1) stub out for a 1” water line connection. E. Move and connect existing heat source to existing diesel fuel tank. F. Have existing communication services connected. G. Connect power to structure
