All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce construction contract documents for the Truck Parking Facility Conversion at the Taylorsville Rest Area Northbound, Southbound, and Nancy Hanks Rest Area Westbound locations. The Nancy Hanks Rest Area Eastbound location will be closed. The project is to include the following services: engineering assessment, environmental documentation, geotechnical engineering, design, and plan development (including building design, parking design, stormwater design, drinking water design, wastewater design, landscaping, and signing and lighting design), topographic survey, permits, utility coordination, waterline extension, and construction phase services.
