Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractors must inspect all roofs to verify proper quantity of measurement to provide an estimate of replacement cost. All roofs must be inspected by the Community Development Inspector after the roofing materials have been removed down to the decking. All damage decking must be inspected and replaced. The Contractor acknowledges to remove from site all construction materials, tools and debris. Sweep clean all exterior work areas. Vacuum all interior work areas, removing all visible dust, stains, labels and tags. Clean all windows referenced in specifications. Prior to the start of work, the contractor shall create any documentation necessary to apply for, pay for and receive an electrical permit on behalf of the owner. Contract must provide a copy of paid permit to Community Development Inspector after work has been completed. Prior to start of the heating/cooling work, the contractor shall create a heating distribution layout and perform heat/cooling loss calculations and all other documentation needed to apply for, pay for and receive a plumbing permit on behalf of the owner.
