Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 This specification covers requirements for the excavation, concrete, reinforcing steel, backfill, and finish grading required for the installation of concrete foundations at the 19th & Alvo and SW 7th & Bennet Substations. The common street addresses of the substations are: 7407 Centurion Dr, Lincoln, NE 68521 and 13003 SW 2nd St, Martell, NE 68430. The proposed work is shown on the associated drawings. Work for the 19th & Alvo substation shall be completed during a substation outage, tentatively scheduled from September 26, 2022 through October 3, 2022. Work for the SW 7th & Bennet Substation shall be completed by October 14th, 2022.
