Specifications include, but are not limited to: The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (WVDHHR), Bureau for Child Support Enforcement (BCSE) is soliciting bids for the rental of three (3) digital mailing machines and accessories.; Mailing Machine DM400 or equal for Kanawha County.: Mailing machine must be Pitney Bowes DM400 or equal digital mailing machine system with a minimum of 0 to a maximum of 10 lb scale. Must be delivered to Kanawha County. Mailing machine rental equipment must include minimum of 0 to a maximum of 10lb scale, automatic feeder, postage on call, RCP (rate change protection), meter rental and stacker. Mailing machine must be capable of automatic feeding mixed mail and sealing of mixed open and closed flap envelopes.; Mailing Machine DM300 or equal for Braxton and Monongalia Counties.: Two (2) mailing machines must be Pitney Bowes DM300 or equal digital mailing machine system with a minimum of 0 to a maximum of 10 lb scale. Must be delivered to Braxton County and Monongalia County. Two (2) mailing machines rental equipment must include minimum of 0 to a maximum of 10 lb scale, automatic feeder, postage on call, RCP (rate change protection), meter rental and stacker. Two (2) mailing machines must be capable of feeding closed flap envelopes. The mail is already sorted by size. Two (2) mailing machines must be capable of processing a maximum of 65 envelopes per minute with a scale interfaced to meters capable of weighing letters and packages a minimum of 0 to a maximum of 10 lbs.
