Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnish and install mock-up(s) as required by the specifications. Mock-up will not only be used to approve material but to establish the quality for the entire project. Any area not conforming to the mock-up will be reworked. In addition, the architect will inspect the first sections of completed work to develop a standard for the rest of the work. An exterior wall mock-up will be needed, review specifications for all mock-ups required. Assume multiple mobilization to coordinate the mockup installation with other trades.; Furnish attic stock as required per the specifications.; Furnish and install all aluminum entrance doors (interior and exterior), including support structure and any integral aluminum panels or column wraps within the system.; All aluminum windows and doors are to be furnished with glazing as specified within the Contract Documents.; Provide all-prefinished aluminum materials as specified in section 084413 and 085113 for all curtain wall and storefront systems include all shop drawings for coordination with other systems, and delegated design where specified. All shop drawings need to clearly specify rough opening dimensions that account for all sealants and adjacent AVB membrane or other flashing materials.; Window opening sizes will need to be coordinated closely with the Masonry, Structural Steel, Metal Panel and Drywall Partitions Contractors. This contractor will be required to provide necessary layout and rough opening dimensions prior to work starting by other trades. These Contractors will build the openings based on “hold-to” dimensions provided by this Contractor.; Furnish and install the aluminum finish trim for all systems furnished under this package.; This contractor shall furnish and install complete aluminum curtainwall systems, including all concrete/masonry embed, hardware, fasteners, sealants, accessories, etc. required for a complete installation.; This Contractor shall furnish and install ALL glass in aluminum doors and frames AND hollow metal doorframes, hollow metal windows, vision panels. Include glazing of wood, hollow metal and FRP doors provided by others also coordinate final Glazing sizes and lite kites with 06A DFH contractor.; Include specialty glazing types such as decorative glazing or obscure glass.; Include all ballistics film and rated glass as indicated architectural drawings, section 088723 and G201. At ballistic film provide a bead of sealant around the perimeter of glass on both sides of frame for rating and aesthetics.
