Specifications include, but are not limited to: A temporary power source will be provided, but it will be the responsibility of this contractor to have a backup power source in case the temporary service goes out. Temporary power will consist of 110V service. If a larger service is required to perform any work in the scope described herein, it will be the responsibility of this contractor.; Furnish and install mock-up(s) as required by the specifications. Mock-up will not only be used to approve material compatibility but to establish the quality for the entire project. Any area not conforming to the mock-up will be reworked. An exterior wall mock-up will be needed, review specifications for all mock-ups required. The mockup will require multiple mobilizations to the site to coordinate installation of systems and will also require on-site meetings for coordination of materials.; This contractor is to provide a complete metal panel system as specified in section 07 42 13, include all metal panels, subgirt framing, hat track, fastners, flashing tape, trim, coping panels, soffits, scuppers, sills and misc. flashing where integral to metal panel system.; Include thru wall flashing integral to this work & painted to match metal panels where exposed, include any sealants or transition membranes required to tie into AVB wall system reference 072500 & 072640 for compatible materials.; This contractor is to provide any loose insulation shown behind your flashing or metal panels that is not shown as sprayfoam insulation.; This scope will require multiple mobilizations to the site assume all through wall flashing & subgirt framing at both CMU & metal stud wall will need to be installed prior to spray foam insulation and the panel installation will occur on a second mobilization.; This contractor shall furnish and install all sealants integral to the work associated with the metal panel system. Include sealant between all metal panel joints where indicated and also note this contractor is to install caulk joint where metal panels butt other system which include roof coping, expansion joints, & thru wall metal flashing. etc.; Note the following caulk joint is by other: a. Metal Panel to Brick; b. Metal Panel to aluminum glazing; Provide engineered shop drawings with complete product information & testing for all materials specified. Include in the shop drawings site specific details, for coordination with other subcontractors systems and coordinate rough-openings with aluminum shop drawings and brick elevations shown.; Coping to be provided by 07A contractor but this contractor is responsible for coordination in field.; Provide rooftop equipment screens shown on plan and include all sub framing, fasteners that are required to support to structural steel. Provide any additional framing to support to structural steel shown.; This contractor is to provide cutting of metal panels for any field related penetrations, for louvers, pipe penetrations, roof ladder supports, scuppers, light fixtures, access panels, sprinklers, outlets, hose bibs, etc., include additional flashing & sealants as required. Locations and any sub framing to support other work will be coordinated with other trades installing the work.; Coordinate metal panel details with expansion joint and 05C exterior wall framing contractor for any additional stud framing required.
