All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: i) In accordance with Resolution Number 14,896 – Any products and/or services provided to the City must prohibit use of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Foam (commonly referred to by the brand name Styrofoam”); ii) The vendor shall provide PSA with components to include creative direction, copywriting, storyboards, talent, props, location scouting, location cost, voice-over, graphic elements and supers, sound engineering, video editing, and project management.; iii) The vendor shall provide PSA digitally twice a week, reaching twenty-thousand (20,000) to thirtythousand (30,000) people per run.; iv) The vendor shall deliver PSA on the radio, run anywhere from once a week to five times a week as needed.; (1) Stations under the iHeartRadio umbrella; (2) Stations under the Cumulus Media umbrella; v) The vendor shall deliver PSA on the television, run anywhere from once a week to five times a week as needed.; (1) The vendor shall inform LRPD of the channels they use upon award.; vi) The vendor shall provide PSA run for two months from the time of the award.
