The software is a cloud solution, hosted by the vendor. Dataminr is the only certified Official Twitter Data Partner providing a solution specifically for event detection designed for the public sector. Dataminr for the public sector (First Alert powered by Dataminr) alerts first responders to breaking events, enabling the fastest real-time response. Solutions utilizing Boolean logic have resulted in poor results that minimized their value and therefore will not be accepted as an equivalent alternative. The solution must use AI that also monitors the dark web, forums, and can search in foreign languages.
