Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demo and site clear existing partitions. Save all grab bars, toilet paper dispensers, sanitary napkin receptacles or any other ancillary mounted items for re‐use on new partition walls. The attachment showing the partition layout and photos is for reference only. Contractor shall site verify actual conditions. All new partitions shall be ordered to meet the needs of the actual or existing conditions. Due to Jail security requirements, all partition doors must swing out rather than in to prevent inmates from barricading themselves within the stalls. New partitions shall be galvanized steel partitions with a powder coat baked enamel finish. Owner to choose color from standard available colors. Partitions shall be manufactured by Accurate Partitions or shall be an alternate that meets or exceeds specifications of Accurate Partitions equipment. Associated hardware and mounting brackets shall be chrome plated, door hinges shall be continues and fasteners shall be tamper resistant with #25 Torx head. All floor mounting brackets shall be covered by a secure and decorative cover designed for these areas. Floor mounting and head rails should be mounted in a secure manner, similar to existing. Install salvaged grab bars, toilet paper dispensers, sanitary napkin receptacles or any other ancillary mounted items on new partitions. All work shall be completed in one days’ time in order to limit disruption of Jail activities.
