Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide DNREC with daily air quality forecasts for Ozone (“O3 “) and fine Particulate Matter (PM2.5). The selected vendor will need to provide air quality forecasts for the State of Delaware. For this project, daily air quality forecasts for ozone (O3), during the ozone season (May 1 - September 30), will need to be provided each year for the period beginning in May 2023 through September 2025. Vendors also can submit a bid to provide optional year-round PM2.5 forecasts, beginning in January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2025; in addition to the required Ozone forecasts. Forecasts will need to be verified following the conclusion of the forecast season. An annual summary report will be needed.
