Specifications include, but are not limited to: (a) Project consists of installing new architectural base cabinets and granite countertops along the walls of the North and South Tiger Den Suites at the Premium Level of Memorial Stadium, East Club Level. (b) Demolition shall consist of removing existing granite wall wainscotting where the new architectural base cabinets are to be installed. Existing fixed casework along one wall at each of the two suites shall also be removed. (c) Architectural work shall consist of installing new architectural base cabinets at the North and South Tiger Den Suites. Coat storage millwork shall be provided at each suite. Repairs to detached wood finish veneer above the new casework at the North Suite shall be performed. (d) Plumbing work shall consist of installation of one stainless steel bar sink at each of the two suites, and all associated new domestic cold water, sanitary, and vent piping connections to existing piping lines. A point of use water heater shall be mounted under each new bar sink to provide hot water. (e) Electrical work shall consist of new charging stations above the new countertops. Power connections to the point of use water heaters for the new bar sinks. Replacing existing receptacles next to new bar sink with new GFCI receptacle.
