Specifications include, but are not limited to: professional design services to provide bid documents for renovations to the Juneau Alaska Office Building and Courts Plaza Building located in Juneau Alaska. Service includes 65%, 95% and CD plans, and cost estimate development for all scoped services. Scope of design services may include, but not necessarily be limited to: AOB - hazardous materials assessment/abatement on asbestos in existing floor mastic. Install new carpet in basement. Infill several doors located on the 1st 3rd and 5th floors. Install new LED lighting fixtures throughout. Patch and paint throughout. CPB - Install additional outlets and data drops in 1st and 2nd floor existing DHSS office space. Replace sliding receiving window with solid pane, demo walls in existing DHSS 2nd floor office. Perform fire suppression and HVAC assessment for breakroom on 5th floor. Upgrade the sink, counter, and cabinets in 5th floor breakroom and in 6th floor lobby and breakroom.
