Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Montana Office of Public Instruction (OPI) is considering a request to award a sole source contract to Modern Learner Media, LLC. The determination of this sole source contract is based on the following requirements: 1) Modern Learner Media, LLC offers expertise on the interoperability of the community, content, and event technologies used to enhance professional learning opportunities for Montana educators. 2) The event software offered by Modern Learner Media, LLC is an all-inclusive technology that supports event marketing, event production, and event data and analytics. It is one technology that does it all, and the Modern Learner Media team provides consulting to maximize the technology to get the most engaging professional learning opportunities possible. 3) Modern Learner Media, LLC has event technology that supports online, hybrid, and in-person events. 4) Modern Learner Media, LLC provides community management that engages educators in a platform that allows educators to continue meeting and learning together after the main event. 5) Modern Learner Media, LLC supports OPI with content management inside of the community technology. 6) Modern Learner Media, LLC also offers a long list of world-renowned speakers to address current educational topics. The Modern Learner Media, LLC network enhances the content of the events and provides perspective to the Montana context. 7) Modern Learner Media, LLC will provide the use of a conference and community platform for online, hybrid, and in-person professional learning events with deep analytics and permissioning.
