Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide all labor, supervision, permits, craning and materials to; Remove and replace West half of the APH Roof with EPDM and install 2” thick rubber interlocking pavers over entire roof surface.; • Provide all labor, supervision, permits materials and craning to remove and replace the WEST roof at the Anchorage Pioneers Home.; • Remove all existing roof coatings and associated flashings/ materials etc.; • Install new fully adhered 115 mil EPDM to a cleaned concrete deck and install appropriate termination and drainage flashings per manufacturers installation instructions/guidelines.; • Install rubber interlocking pavers over entire roof surface. Carlisle or approved equal. Size 2’x2’x2”; • Two years installation warranty and 20 year manufacturer’s warranty required.
