Specifications include, but are not limited to: Clean and disinfect surfaces on a nightly basis which include security check-in counters (public side), clerks public service counters, courtroom litigation tables, witness stands, judicial benches (in areas free of documents), conference room tables, attorney-client room counters (public/secure sides), kitchen lounge tables, counters, and microwave keypad surfaces. High Touch Point Cleaning includes disinfection on a nightly basis all doorknobs/hardware, light switches, elevator keypads, and tops of courtroom pews. The courthouse includes a cellblock area which provides for conference areas, holding cells (2) and a control room for security staff. There are toilets in each cell. Cellblock area must be kept sanitized using cleaning products and techniques to ensure a healthy environment free of unwanted substances, pollutants, bacteria and odors. The following describes the nightly maintenance requirements: • Dry mop floors and wash with a disinfectant; • Clean and disinfect holding cells; o Wipe down all benches with a disinfectant; o Clean, scrub, disinfect toilet bowls • Spot clean walls, doors, light switches; • Wipe down counter surfaces in conference areas; • Clean glass in control room; • Remove trash;
