Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1.1 The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, State, and local legislation, rules, and regulations relating to the provision of services under the terms of the awarded contract. 1.1.2 The Contractor shall comply with all applicable Pinal County Public Health Services District (“PCPHSD” or “County”) policies and procedures and joint policies or protocols developed by PCPHSD and the Contractor. 1.1.3 Where applicable, the Contractor shall possess a current valid professional license with prescribing and dispensing authority issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing and shall provide a copy to PCPHSD via the solicitation response and as needed throughout the term of a resultant contract. 1.1.4 The Contractor shall possess a current CPR certification, record of Hepatitis B immunizations, tuberculosis (TB) skin test or chest X-Ray, and shall provide a copy of these requirements to PCPHSD via the solicitation response and as needed throughout the term of a resultant contract. 1.1.5 The Contractor shall have open availability to work scheduled days as defined by each PCPHSD location from 7:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. 1.1.6 The Contractor shall provide “on-call” service days as defined by PCPHSD.
