Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide addiction services for individuals referred by the East Central District Court through the Adult Drug Court Program.; The successful offeror shall have an established program that will be ready to provide the required services by September 1, 2022.; The successful offeror shall accept referrals from the East Central District Court for the Adult Drug Court program. All referrals will be accepted, however, a maximum of 50 participants may be in the program at a given time.; The successful offeror shall provide a minimum of two LACs for the program. The case size for each counselor may not exceed 25 Adult Drug Court participants.; Licensed clinicians shall assess referrals for the appropriate ASAM Level of Care.; LACs shall provide the identified service for program participants.; The successful offeror shall provide ancillary services for participants that are consistent with outpatient levels of care/needs as recommended by the successful offeror and drug court teams, and appropriate referral services. This shall include services to specifically address participants with co-occurring disorders (mental health needs). The successful offeror shall be able to accommodate higher levels of care as needed to provide appropriate interventions based on ASAM dimension scores.; The successful offeror shall complete drug screens and lab confirmations as deemed medically necessary for program participants. Release of information (ROI’S) will be obtained for the purpose of disclosing diagnostic lab results to include, but not limited to, drug and alcohol screenings.; The successful offeror shall document all services based upon N.D.A.C. rules.
