Specifications include, but are not limited to: Milwaukee County, through its Office of the Sheriff (“MCSO”), House of Correction (“HOC”) and Department of Administrative Services, Information Management Services Division (“IMSD”) seeks information from experienced Suppliers whose software product(s) have been in service for at least two (2) years supporting both jail and correctional management information solutions regarding the cost and requirements of a Trust Account software or system component of a larger Corrections Collaboration System (“CCS”). The software should provide the following features: • Facility Intake / Account Creation; • Account Reinstatement, including consolidation or merging of duplicate accounts for the same individual • Account Management, including tracking of individuals between the two facilities • Release Processing, including: o Account Reconciliation o Fund Disbursement to residents upon release (restricted and spendable) o Debit Release Cards • GAAP Accounting and Financial Reporting features • Bank Account Management • Account Reconciliation • Bank Deposits
