Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Preconstruction Services: i. Project Meetings: Attend meetings with City and its Design Team whenever determined necessary by the City throughout the schematic design, design development, permitting, and bidding phases. ii. Constructability Review and Analysis: Review Project plans, designs, and specifications at appropriate intervals throughout the schematic design and design development phases of the Project to determine the constructability of the Project, and provide written feedback to City and its Design Team related thereto, together with recommendations for modifying proposed plans, designs, and specifications to improve ease and efficiency of construction for the Project. iii. Cost Estimating, Value Engineering, and Cost Control: The CM shall provide detailed cost estimates and construction budget for the Project at the following design intervals: 1. 25% completion; 2. 67% completion; and, 3. 95% completion.
