Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following Specifications are the minimum that IDFG is willing to accept. 1. Wooldridge XP open center console, twenty (20) ft. or equal. 2. Boat hull – twenty (20) ft. four (4) in. x seventy eight (78) in., aluminum. 3. Flooring – Must be made from a wood-free, non-metal composite flooring, high density, coated with herculiner/line-x or equal. 4. Tunnel hull – tunnels must be fourteen and one-half (14.5) in. in length, must be one and a half (1.5) in. deep with smooth transition from hull bottom to bottom of tunnel. 5. Bottom thickness - must be made out of an aluminum alloy 5052, minimum of 0.190 in. thick. 6. Welding – must be marine grade and must adhere to all American Welding Society (AWS) standards. 7. Deadrise – must be nine (9) degrees at transom and twelve (12) degrees at bow entry. 8. Bow design – must be square design with diamond plate tread deck, fifteen (15) in. long rectangular diamond plate bow cap. 9. Bow deck - must be a minimum of forty two(42) in. long, front to back. 10. Centerline length – twenty (20) ft. four (4) in. 11. Side thickness – one-eighth (0.125) in. 12. Side height – twenty eight (28) in. 13. Transom height – must be capable of accommodating up to a two hundred fifty (250) HP, 4-stroke jet outboard motor. 14. Must have a five and one-half (5.5) in. wide flat gunnels, non-skid and two (2) in. x three (3) in. rectangular tube welded to the top edge. 15. Must have an extended bottom trim plate located off the transom. 16. Fuel tank – must be aluminum, built-in, located under the floor, baffled. Must have a minimum fuel capacity of fifty (50) gallons. 17. Must have a full width, self-bailing transom shelf (splash well). 18. Must have welded bow and stern eyes. 19. Must have full length tackle/gear trays welded along the inside of hull. 20. Must have a gas/water separator. 21. Must have recessed bow left/right navigation lights. 22. Bilge pump – must be capable of pumping a minimum of one thousand two hundred fifty (1,250) GPH. 23. Must have two (2) heavy duty diamond plate formed swim steps, one on either side of the motor. 24. Must have a transom-mounted transducer bracket. 25. Hull must have fully welded extruded chines. 26. Hull must have heavy duty extruded keel. 27. Hull must have longitudinal stringer system w/integrated welded ribs. F. Center Console The following is a list of more detailed specifications that the center console must have at a minimum. 1. Steering – center steering console must be nineteen (19) in. wide x thirty six (36) in. tall, fifteen (15) in. deep made from welded aluminum, stand-up steering type. 2. Engine throttle/shift – must be mounted on the right (starboard) side of the console, must have a one (1) in. raised lip around all edges to keep small items from rolling off. 3. Storage shelf inside, with raised lip to keep items from rolling out/off. 4. Console position – center, with rear edge of console (driver side) mounted fifty (50) in. forward from the transom. 5. Fold Down windshield on console 6. Steering wheel – must be stainless steel wheel with “suicide control knob”, thirteen and one-half (13.5) in. in diameter. 7. Vertical grab rails – one (1) on each side of the console, eighteen (18) in. long x one (1) in. schedule 40 aluminum (1.312 in. outside diameter) round tubing.
