Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Elko is currently soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consultants for the design services for projects related to the construction, maintenance, and installation of a sewer collection system facilities for fiscal year 2022/2023 and 2023/2024. Professional services for this project will include sewer infrastructure projects, but are not limited to, topographic survey, geotechnical investigation, collection system designs, lift station designs, force main designs, slip lining and manhole lining designs, pipeline hydraulic and capacity models, structural designs, Operations and Maintenance, Risk and Resilience, Emergency Response, SCADA integration with the City’s specified vendor, specifications and bid documents, and representation at all project meetings. Project development will also include the preparation of a schematic design, materials, labor, and equipment needed to construct the project; all required permitting, identification of utility conflicts, required utility adjustments and installation, coordination with utility companies, and any other items necessary to successfully develop the project. The project designs shall be in conformance with NAC and Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, latest edition, design guidelines as well as any other applicable guidelines.
