Since then, CentralSquare Technologies (CST) has acquired the software. The ACFPC recognizes that CST is struggling to properly support an outdated software program. CST has officially announced that FDM is not their go forward product. There will be no updates or improvements to FDM other than regulatory changes. he procurement includes an interface with a CentralSquare Technologies (CST) Enterprise Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system and must be able to meet the Minnesota Department of Public Safety State Fire Marshal program for collecting and reporting for National Fire Incident Reporting System.
