The gate arm shall be capable of attaching a flag that attaches to end of gate arm and hangs from arm. ; SIGNAL LIGHTS: A. Each unit shall include one 12-inch LED modules - red top light and a yellow bottom light. ; B. The signal housing shall include a yellow polycarbonate with hinged door access to lamp and wiring. ; C. The signal shall include a tunnel type sun visor over the light.; D. The flash rate shall be 50 times per minute (50% of duty cycle); REGULATORY SIGN: A. Each unit shall display a 24” x 36” (.080 inch) Aluminum sheet street sign. ; B. The sign shall be standard R10-6 – “STOP HERE ON RED”; C. The sign shall include a white high intensity reflective coating.
