Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Carpet: Spot clean all main entrances, lobbies, traffic lanes in offices and hallways. Remove any gum, candy, or other objects stuck to the carpet. Completely vacuum all high traffic areas and open office areas outside of offices and cubicles. Vacuum building entry carpet/walk-off mats. Completely vacuum and spot clean all carpeted areas beneath and around desks, tables, and other furniture. Vacuum along edges, in corners, and all other areas not vacuumed under the daily cleaning. Dust and clean baseboard. This requirement applies to Conference Rooms, Training rooms, and Meeting Rooms.; B. Resilient Tile Floors: 1. Completely dust mop or sweep and wet mop all resilient tile floors. 2. Scrape up or remove any gum, candy, or any other objects stuck to the floor. 3. Re-seal all resilient tile floors per manufacturers specifications; C. Restroom/Shower Room/Locker Room Floors: Sweep or dust mop and wet mop with approved disinfectant cleaner. Machine scrub using appropriate chemical cleaners to remove mineral deposits, soap scum, urine stains, and daily build-up along edges and corners from all ceramic tile, quarry tile, concrete or any other resilient floor surface. Floors that require floor finish, follow specifications under resilient tile floors in Section B above.; D. Ceramic Tile, Quarry Tile, Terrazzo, Concrete, Stone or Marble Floors (in all areas except those areas described in Section C above): Sweep or dust mop entire floor surface. Wet mop entire floor surface using appropriate cleaning agent, leaving a clean and uniform appearance with no streaking. Machine scrub entire floor surface with floor buffer and brush attachment. Hand scrub floor edges, corners, and base tile or baseboards during the floor machine scrubbing process.; E. Restrooms: Empty bio-hazard hygiene disposal units. Replace wax or plastic liners. Clean, disinfect, and polish. Wash mirrors with glass cleaner leaving no streaks. Clean, polish and sanitize sinks, counters, and trim. Clean and sanitize toilets, seats, urinals, and chrome fixtures. Remove mineral deposits. Spot clean partition doors. Spot clean partition walls and tile or painted walls beside urinals and toilets. Spot clean walls around trash receptacle, soap dispensers, sinks, around and under hand towel dispensers.
