Allow for solicitation documents (IFB, RFP, RFQ, RFI, Requests for Written Quotation, Amendments, etc.) to be posted to a central web site. Allow for registered vendors to be notified electronically when a solicitation matching their vendor profile commodity selection is posted. Allow for evaluations to be conducted from within the electronic procurement system. Allow for award notifications to be made from within the electronic procurement system. Allow for the issuance of annual contract renewal notifications. Allow for the tracking of expiration dates of Certificates of Insurance and the ability to notify vendors when updated COI’s are required. Allow for the tracking of expiration dates of Registrar of Contractor licenses and the ability to notify vendors when updated licenses are required. Support/maintenance ideally to include, but not be limited to: Training for initial launch of electronic procurement system. Ongoing support/maintenance as needed.
