Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this project is to replace the electrical H.V.A.C., A/C system and weatherization Project at 13 Properties (14 A/C Units) located at the Noise-Abatement area. The systems will require HEAT PUMP replacement- 2 disconnect boxes for new A/C systems. A work load calculation will be required in order to proper size the units. Manual J will be performed in all 13 properties. Work shall include, but is not limited to, demolition and removal of debris.; REMOVE EXISTING ITEMS: All items removed shall be properly disposed of, remove from site, and hauled to the City Of Laredo landfill on a weekly basis. Remove existing H.V.A.C. units; ELECTRICAL: All electrical work shall be installed by a duly qualified and licensed electrician in the State of Texas, and registered in the City of Laredo. A licensed electrician shall be on the job site at all times during the electrical work. Electrician shall install all electrical work as indicated or required. Electrician shall comply with local utility company requirements and meet N.E.C. and local building codes.; H.V.A.C.: ELECTRICAL Provide and install two new disconnect boxes for the new interior and exterior H.V.A.C. units.; H.V.A.C.: Provide a replacement HVAC unit with at least rating of SEER 15.5, HSPF 8.5, and EER 12.0. Must assure that new unit is proper size. Must provide AHRI Number for new replacement equipment. Must DE manufacture old units properly. Must upload HVAC Affidavit filled out by home owner. Brands are to be Carrier, Rudd, Goodman, York or Trane. Provide and install a new programmable thermostat, filter base, & filters. New A/C unit is to connect into existing duct work.; REFRIGERANT LINES: H.V.A.C. Provide and install low voltage wire and correct size copper line from exterior unit to interior unit where if needed. Provide and install a metal cover for new refrigerant lines if needed.
