Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.1. The Contractor shall provide all goods or services and deliverables as required, described, and detailed below and shall meet all service and delivery timelines as specified by this Contract. A.2. The Contractor shall provide the Tennessee Schools for the Deaf (“TSD”) with a personalized reading and accountability program for students in grades Pre-K-12. The program shall include the following: a. Classroom libraries per class per school for each of the three campuses for a total of thirtysix (36) libraries including two hundred (200) or more physical books per library that include fiction and non-fiction trade titles across multiple genres, organized by complexity including a range of texts from below to above grade level for each library. b. Teacher guide that indicates clear next steps for individual students based on their present level of reading as identified by a reading assessment. c. Strategies for recognizing individual student progress as he/she meets progress benchmarks within the program. d. Strategies and materials to encourage a home-school connection that allows physical books to be taken home for additional reading practice. e. Individual student reading logs to enable students to track the title and number of books read throughout the school year. Physical logs are preferred.
