Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Two (2) scheduled annual preventative maintenance services per year.; a) All maintenance to the specified printing equipment shall comply with the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications, unless prior authorization to deviate from the OEM specifications has been obtained from the CHP project representative.; b) Contractor shall use OEM replacement parts if available when performing services, unless prior authorization to use non-OEM parts has been obtained from the CHP project representative.; c) All maintenance performed by the Contractor shall adhere to the OEM safety requirements. The Contractor shall not remove or bypass any safety devices in order to facilitate maintenance, and operation of the printing equipment.; d) Preventive maintenance shall be performed by trained and qualified service technicians.; Trained and qualified is defined as: 1) Having OEM authorization for the printing equipment covered under this Agreement. The CHP Project Representative may request proof at any time.; OR 2) Working under the direction of a master technician possessing experience and/or certification for the printing equipment covered under this Agreement. The CHP Project Representative may request proof at any time.; e) Service technicians shall be directly employed by the Contractor. All service technicians shall have been directly employed by the Contractor for at least three (3) consecutive months and shall have at least two (2) years of experience working with the type of printing equipment covered under this Agreement unless the CHP Project Representative agrees upon a lesser period. The CHP Project Representative may request proof at any time.; 2) Unlimited phone support service calls shall be provided at no additional cost.; 3) All unscheduled on-site support service calls shall be provided at hourly rates.
