Specifications include, but are not limited to: The company will be required to remove, haul, and properly dispose of all debris created as a result of the demolition, backfill with clean fill dirt, and then properly grade the area to prevent storm water retention. The contractor will also be required to appropriately cap the private sewer line during the demolition process (a copy of the demolition policy can be provided upon request). The selected company shall be licensed with the City of Augusta and able to produce and maintain minimum liability insurance of $1,000,000 with the City of Augusta named as Additional Insured. Provide proof of insurance in the submittal and provide a detailed cost of removal for this structure.
