Specifications include, but are not limited to: removal of existing River Mountains Water Treatment Facility Lab and Utility building mechanically attached roofing system including existing insulation and installation of a new Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing system; replacement of flashing where it exists and repair of the existing roof deck after the removal process to ensure a tight seal of the roof. Moreover, the work covers installation of roof walkway to provide access to and around the roof equipment; installation of a ladder to access all areas of the roof; repair and paint stucco on the existing roof screen walls. The flashing on the screen walls shall be replaced. Furthermore, the scope of work consists of removal of the existing roof pavers and installation of a new roof deck with railing at the roof entrance, providing two portable ramps resting on a TPO appropriate roof pads
