Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Office of Public Instruction is considering awarding a sole source contract to Frontline Education for a Substitute Teacher program. The Substitute Teacher program includes a comprehensive set of training course for substitute teachers and a course for teachers focused on preparing their lessons and classrooms to support substitute success. Frontline's Substitute Training Program is unique as a proven system aligned to INTASC standards, providing both Substitute Training and integrated Teacher Training for substitutes. 1. Frontline Education is a nationally recognized leader in creating substitute teacher trainings which are tailored to state specific educational standards. Frontline Education’s corporate headquarters is located in Malvern, PA, with Location Hubs (physical offices) in Roseville, CA, Naperville, IL and Austin, TX. In addition to Frontline’s Location Hubs, Collaboration Hubs – flexible locations in areas where Frontline has a concentration of team members, have been established across the country and Remote Location Hubs – designed to drive remote employee engagement through intentional and common use of tools and processes, have been established as part of a company-wide effort to reimagine the work environment.
