Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide all the labor and materials to achieve the Work as described in this section.; 2. Develop a Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) and perform daily site cleanup.; 3. Recover refrigerant.; 4. Remove and replace all aluminum refrigerant piping in accordance with Specification Section 232313; 5. Leak check new system according to industry standards.; 6. Prior to charging the system, evacuate the system down to a minimum of 500 microns. Maintain vacuum for a period of 24 hours to ensure system does not have any leaks.; 7. Perform start-up procedures as recommend by the manufacturer.; 8. Return all areas affected by the Work to original condition.; 9. Install the new copper refrigeration lines in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements and those of the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) in strict conformance to all related ordinances.; 10. Provide to the City Project Manager a certificate of insurance for General Liability and Worker's Compensation coverage.; 11. If applicable, furnish all permits required to achieve the Work.
