Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified firms/individuals to provide furniture, fixture, and equipment (FF&E) procurement services for the Hilton Vancouver Washington Lobby Remodel project. The improvements consist of replacement of the hotel lobby finishes to provide a contemporary, updated appearance, as part of the first remodel of the space since its 2005 opening. The Remodel Project includes a selected set of FF&E items that is not included as part of the construction bidding and is provided as part of the documents and specifications provided for in this RFP. The project design has been created through a design team consisting of Livermore Architecture and Planning (architecture and engineering), Rodrigo Vargas Design (interior design), Guggenheim Architecture + Design Studio (interior design), and Lighting Design Alliance (lighting design), along with guidance and support of a project team consisting of the Authority’s board members and staff and the Hilton’s management team.
