Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will provide labor, materials and equipment needed for this job. This bid is to include, 1. Replacement of the existing 2.5-ton Goodman A/C unit along with the associated thermostat, refrigeration piping and condensate drain piping with 5-ton split system. a. Remove and replace existing A/C unit. b. Remove and replace existing refrigeration and condensate piping as needed. c. Remove and replace existing thermostat associated with unit. d. Disconnecting and reconnecting existing ductwork and add as needed. e. Insulate new refrigerant and condensate drain piping. f. Any modifications to existing condenser housekeeping pad as needed for new unit. g. Disconnecting and rewiring of electrical to new unit as needed.
