Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work is identical and the published plans incorporate all addenda published in conjunction with the 2021 bid. This project will consist of, but not be limited to, labor and material to construct an approximately 3,600-SF heated and plumbed addition to a currently existing using slab-on-grade and steel-framed construction and containing offices, work spaces and restrooms. A concurrent project will include replacement of the entire existing flat roof on the current building and addition of two inches of foam insulation; and building sustainment in the form of interior finish updates, including drywall replacement, electrical wiring, replacement of kitchen plumbing, carpeting and painting. The State of Vermont Military Department will award one or both projects to one contractor, to be completed concurrently as part of the same contract.
