Specifications include, but are not limited to: Signage Display: Quantity: 20 units; Dimensions: At least 18” diagonal or larger – must be powered by; Power over Ethernet (POE); Resolution: should be minimum HD 1920x1080 full color; Wall mount: not to extend more than 3” from the surface of the wall; Security: Security cable or other anti-theft device; Signage Application: Integrate with Ungerboeck via direct communication or through parsing a file, csv, xml or API service (See Attachment B); Monitor/update schedule changes minimum every 5 minutes; Able to accept a push notification of schedule/room information modifications from Ungerboeck; Able to parse data and display the following information on the monitor. Example: • Room Name/Number, Title/info of activity, Company/Sponsor, Event start/end times, current time, next event name and time, Company logo; When nothing is currently scheduled in a room, CHI Health Center logo should be displayed and prominent on the room display along with current date and time; Grand and Jr Ballroom monitors able to be utilized as 1 space or as many as 4 separate spaces; Cabling: Provide and install Ethernet to each meeting room display location. • if subcontracting, see Part III-Information to be Supplied by Bidder: section 3; Should be run to each monitor inside ceilings and walls to a nearby network closet (switches/ports will be provided).; No Panduit, conduit or visible on-wall cabling allowed Support; Signage hardware and application support 24/7/365.; 1. MECA will remove existing signage.; 2. The successful Bidder must receive product from the manufacturer at its facility.; 3. Responsible for keeping Work areas in a safe and orderly manner.; 4. Responsible for cleaning Work area upon completion each day.; 5. Must remove all materials and debris from the premises.; 6. Must protect all adjacent areas not receiving Work under the project and repair any damage to these areas at their own expense.; 7. Must provide sufficient safety and pedestrian barriers while Work is in progress.; 8. Shall adhere to all codes, ordinances, or other regulatory requirements covering the scope of this project.; 9. Shall obtain all necessary permits and licenses for the Work.; 10. Provide service agreement and warranty of monitors and control system.; 11. Advise if software licenses are needed annually and if any software or firmware upgrades will be required during the next five years and at what cost.; 12. Provide training at a time mutually agreed upon at the completion of work
