New positions may be added, or the number of positions required may be changed at the State’s discretion at the beginning or during the term of the contract depending on the need of the project/program. Vendor would establish a core team of vendor resources and would ramp up and ramp down the flexible team members as the project progresses in collaboration with the State. Vendors should support this “Core-flex” model which is different from a pure staff augmentation model.
