Specifications include, but are not limited to: Site- Memorial Park Tennis Courts (5 Courts) Location: The tennis courts are located at Memorial Park off Lindsay Court in Laconia, NH. 1.) The Contractor is to clean the entire surface to remove debris, dirt, mildew, and foreign matter from courts. 2.) The Contractor is to fill and level all structural cracks and shim. Hairline cracks are also to be filled with an appropriate material. 3.) The Contractor is to apply appropriate resurfacing material (Geotech membrane) over the entire court area. The texture coat is to contain the proper amount of sand to provide a tough, durable wearing base. The topcoat is to contain the proper amount of pigment to give a long lasting and attractive surface. Court colors are to be green on the interior of each court, and red on the exterior of each court. 4.) Overlay the courts with 1.5" of asphalt
