Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide Architectural / Engineering Design Services for the replacement of the window systems at: Holz Elementary School located at 1505 Hampton Rd, Charleston, WV; Horace Mann Middle School located at 4300 MacCorkle Ave SE, Charleston, WV; These are ESSERF Funded; And a breezeway enclosure located at: Hayes Middle School 830 Strawberry Road, St. Ablans, WV; This is NOT an ESSERF funded project.; Traditional Design and Construction Administration Services will be required. This project will require compatible contractual agreements between the owner/architect and owner agreements using AIA Documents for services. The scope of services will also be modified to comply with SBA Policy 6200 requirements; amending the basic services agreement between the owner and architect. All services will be performed by qualified professionals in collaboration with the Board of Education’s administrative staff and, the SBA and/or WVDE if applicable.
