Specifications include, but are not limited to: Equipment Tool and Rental Services. Rental options shall include hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly. Offerors shall provide pricing based on a discount from a book rate or published rate. Additional pricing and/or discounts may be included. If Offeror has existing cooperative contracts in place, Offeror is requested to submit pricing equal to or better than those that are in place. A multiple percentage discount structure is also acceptable. The following is a list of suggested rental categories, but not limited to: Air Handling & Chillers Air Compressors & Chillers Forklifts Generators & Accessories Facilities Maintenance & Cleaning Tools & Equipment HVAC Equipment Concrete & Masonry Equipment Ground Protection.
