BX - Professional Commissioning Design Review Services.; The Waterville Design Services Contract did not contain Design Commissioning Services. This RFQ is for the Type Bx Commissioning Services. This will be a commissioning contract to work with the Type B Design Services Consultant.; During Type “Bx” Commissioning Design Review Services the Consultant shall perform the following Services for the Building’s Electrical System, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Electrical Generator System.; Review Construction Drawings and Technical Specification sections for Commissioning Requirements to Contract Documents. Ensure the Construction Documents notify the Contractor and Subcontractors to their Commissioning responsibilities.; All Specifications shall be written in accordance with Article 16 of Attachment F – Standard DVEM Supplement.; The Consultant shall ensure that the proposed systems comply with all Federal, State and Local code requirements.; During the Design Phase create and submit a Preliminary Commissioning Plan at 65% Bid Documents. Submit a Commissioning Plan at 95% Bid Documents. Submit the Final Commissioning Plan for the Final Bid Documents. The Commissioning Plans shall detail all items to be commissioned. The Commissioning Plan shall include but is not limited to: a. General project information; b. Overview and scope of project commissioning; c. Commissioning process, including team member responsibilities; d. Commissioning schedule; e. Testing and inspection plans; f. Commissioning test procedures
