Specifications include, but are not limited to: Brown County seeks to purchase mobile (permanently mounted) and portable (handheld), and control base radios that will operate on the County’s P25 700MHz trunked radio system. These radio subscriber units will replace existing radios on a soon to be decommissioned VHF analog system to enhance the coverage and performance of voice communications for County staff.; 3.1. Radio programming included.: 3.1.1. Subscriber units shall be delivered programmed with talk groups/channels as provided by the County. Multiple radio templates are needed over the radio fleet.; 3.1.2. Talk group/channel naming shall conform to the schema described in the WISCOM Programming Guidance or Brown County P25 Radio System.; 3.1.3. Subscriber units will be programmed with talk group/channel voice identification.; 3.1.4. Brown County Highway currently has eight (8) Motorola APX7000 portable radios that will be retained. Contractor shall reprogram these radios with a new template as requested by Brown County Highway.; 3.2. Subscriber units will be without encryption capabilities.; 4.1. Mobile Subscriber Units: 4.1.1. Mobile Subscriber Units will be dash mount units.; 4.1.2. Mobile Subscriber Units shall comply with P25 Technical Specifications: TIA-102.AABC, TIA-102.AABD, and TIA102.AABF; 4.1.3. Mobile Subscriber Units shall comply with specifications and performance requirements defined in the WISCOM Programming Guidance, Revision 5 (December 12, 2014).
