Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide data collection and analyses services of the Behavioral Risk Factor Survey (BRFS). This survey is grouped into a single survey group based on federal grant and state funding and represents a single contract. The collection of data on Delaware adult risk behaviors actively works to strengthen our capacity to address health inequities in Delaware. Health equity is defined as the attainment of the highest possible level of health for all people achieving the environmental, social, economic, and other conditions in which all people have the opportunity to attain their highest level of health. The important work and outcomes of these surveys helps to understand disparities in the health outcomes and behaviors among Delaware adults.
