Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Conflict Resolution with Effective Communication including assessemtns for each uniformed law enforcement personnel and emergency management employee, total number of participants shall not exceed 133.; B. The Consultant, working with County staff will develop a schedule that will make the onsite training available to all uniformed law enforcement and emergency management.; C. It is expected that the content of this presentation will be personalized (not an off-the-shelf, mass marketed training program) to uniformed law enforcement and emergency management. Each training session will be no more than 4 hours in duration and multiple sessions must be offered so that all 3 shifts may attend at the sheriff’s department and/or emergency management.; D. 3 4-hour classes to be taught at the sheriff’s department; 3 4-hour classes to be taught at emergency management or can be taught all in the same location for convenience.; E. Training is to begin no later than September 1, 2022 and be completed no later than March 30, 2023.
