Remove Structure, foundation, and footings ✓ Cut and clean/clear entire property (lot must be mowable after demolition) ✓ Cut down all bushes and small trees not on a fence line ✓ Cut back all bushes and small trees on fence line, including any ditches and/or alleys ✓ Trim tree branches to no less than 8’ from the ground ✓ Remove all building materials, demo debris, footings, Poles, Mailboxes, concrete or brick pads & trash ✓ Remove Driveways, leaving only the driveway skirt at the street ✓ Remove all sidewalks except for the public sidewalks ✓ Remove Front Steps ✓ Remove Handrails at Front Steps ✓
