Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Little Rock Police Department is seeking a supplier to provide breaching tools that will assist in conducting breaching operations in exigent circumstances.; Breaching Tool ----- (50); i) In accordance with Resolution Number 14,896 – Any products and/or services provided to the City must prohibit use of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Foam (commonly referred to by the brand name Styrofoam”); ii) The vendor must provide breaching tools that include a door ram, pry wedge, axe, and sledgehammer.; iii) The vendor must provide breaching tools that are at least 30 inches in length but no more than 48 inches in length.; iv) The vendor must provide breaching tools with steel tool ends.; v) The vendor must provide breaching tools in black color.; vi) The vendor must provide breaching tools with a rubber handle grip or other protective material.; vii) The vendor must provide breaching tools with complete kits with multiple tools that are acceptable if the single tool is unable to perform all functions.
