Specifications include, but are not limited to: A qualified Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) to provide Pre-Construction Services and complete Construction Services as the CMAR for Ironwood Drive Improvements from Ray Road to Elliot Road. This project will be constructed in two major phases, with full roadway demolition and reconstruction. Garney will be providing traffic control and construction sequencing during their installation of the water and wastewater services. Continued coordination will be required between the CMAR and Garney and traffic control and construction sequencing will need to be taken over by the CMAR at the conclusion of Garney’s scope. Southbound Ironwood (Phase 1) is to be constructed first, directing all traffic to Northbound Ironwood, and then vice versa (Phase 2). After full pavement demolition of Southbound Ironwood Drive the 24” and 30” water transmission lines will be constructed prior to the roadway in Phase 1. In Phase 2 the 18” sewer, and 24” non-potable water line will be installed prior to the roadway.
