Specifications include, but are not limited to: Base Bid #1 (Snoeyenbos Stairs): Labor and materials to remove and replace reinforced concrete steps at Snoeyenbos Hall on the campus of Valley City State University.; • Remove and dispose of approximately 324 square feet of existing concrete steps and railing, consisting of nine (9) 13” treads, 8’ x 15 ½ landing, ten (10) 7” risers, and three (3) sets of hand railings.; • Remove and dispose of 238 square feet of concrete reinforced sidewalk at bottom of existing stairs.; • Backfill with appropriate materials.; • Replace approximately 324 square feet of reinforced concrete steps using a 4,000psi strength concrete mix.; • Replace approximately 238 square feet of 4” reinforced concrete sidewalk using 4,000psi strength concrete mix.; Base Bid #2 (Fire Pit Pad): Labor and materials to form and pour a 16’x16’ concrete pad East of Snoey and McCoy Halls.; Base Bid #3 (McCoy Dumpster Pad): Labor and materials to form and pour a 10’x6’ concrete pad at the SW corner of McCoy Hall.; Base Bid #4 (Sidewalk Replacement McCarthy): Labor and materials to remove and replace existing sidewalk on the North side of McCarthy Hall.; • Remove and dispose of approximately 150’x5’ of sidewalk. Backfill with appropriate materials; • Replace approximately 150’x5’ of sidewalk.; Base Bid #5 (Student Center ADA Curb Ramp): Labor and materials to tear out and install ADA-compliant curb ramp at E. Student Center entry and at sidewalk across street.; • Tear out existing curb sections at crosswalk points. Backfill with appropriate materials.; • Replace with ADA-compliant curb ramp; • Install (2) 2’x4’ sections of dimpleboard in the new ADA curb ramp.
